Rubber non-slip tip

The expanding pull-up bar has rubber seals with a rough surface that will ensure safety during exercise. They are made of hard rubber, thanks to which placing the bar in the door frame will not leave any traces.

Adjustment of the spreader bar

The bar has convenient clips to adjust the length of the bar. Unclip them and unscrew the rod on both sides. So we close the clamps. Ideally, the length of the extended stick on both sides should be the same.
