REFUNDS & RETURNS

If you’re not happy with your order, you have 14 days to return any item. Just let us know about your decision by email.
Please, pack carrefully what you are returning. Make sure to cover up or remove the original delivery bar code on the box. Let us know what day courier should pick the pack from you? Courier will bring the return label, don’t worry about it.
Here you can check our standard delivery and returns costs. If you paid a delivery charge, this will be refunded if the complete order is returned.
It can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed. Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. It may take 2-3 days to clear depending on your bank. In some cases we can ask for the bank accound to proceed the refund.
If you’re not happy with your purchase or think your goods arrived damaged, you can send any new* item back to us within 14 days of the delivery date. * items are considered new if not mountled, not damaged, packed carrefully when returned. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you or ask for financial compensation to replace damaged parts.
If you’ve realized you’d like a different item, different colour or model for example, simply return your original order for a full refund and place a new order with the different items. We can also assign your previous payment to the new order and will refund/charge the difference.
We’re very sorry if your item arrived defective or damaged. You can make a claim for the item by sending us an email. Please describe the problem and attach photos, so that we can process your claim as soon as possible. You can choose to return your product or receive spare parts.
