Wooden Gymnastic Rings
Wooden gymnastic rings are exercise accessories designed for home playgrounds. They help strengthen various muscle groups from an early age. The diameter of the caster is 16.5 cm, making them suitable for the hands of small children. The castors can also be used as additional support when climbing a rotating wooden pyramid. Gymnastic wheels are often the first children’s sports accessory.
From as early as 3 months, you can place your child in a sports set on a gym mattress and hang the wheels at a distance suitable for your child’s arms. Carefully put the rings in the little one’s hands. Gradually, the child will start either pulling the wheels together or dragging itself to them. Hang a bell on one of the rings: the child will be interested in the sound and will grasp the ring.
The models of children’s gymnastic sets are patented.
Gymnastic Rings for Children
As soon as your child starts standing on their feet while holding on to something, encourage them to use the gymnastic rings or wooden gym wheels as resistance. Adjust the height based on your child’s size. You can hang the rings at different heights to add variety and fun to the home playground.
Holding on to the rings, the baby starts rocking. Encourage them to raise their legs and hang. Children over 1 year old who can walk can try rocking with their legs up. In the future, remember to change the position where the rings are hung. Children are quick to find new ways to use this home gym accessory and children’s exercise equipment.
