Classes on a balance board develop children’s motor skills and mental abilities. After mastering simple balancing, the child can move on to more difficult tasks – catching a ball without losing balance, turning to one side or the other, remaining on the board and performing various exercises by the trainer (one of the parents).

Exercises on a balance board are recommended not only for children, but also for parents – they support flexibility, correct posture defects and help prepare for sports such as SUP, windsurfing or surfing. The maximum load of the board is 100 kilograms and its width of 78 centimeters allows a wide spread of legs even for a tall person.

The cork roller included in the set can also be used as massage equipment. Cork roller massage activates sensory connections and relaxes muscles after a long day spent in a sedentary mode or after an intensive workout. Cork is a hypoallergenic material and does not irritate the skin.
