Titan pull-up bar
Exercise bars are counted among the most versatile calisthenics training equipment. Exercising with the Titan pull-up bars allows you to sculpt the upper body parts – arms, back, shoulders and abdominal muscles. Another of their strengths is their small size, for which reason they can be used even in those not very large rooms.
Alternating knee pull-ups towards the chest on the Titan bar:
To perform this exercise, grip the bar with a shoulder-width grip. The torso should then be in line with the straightened legs. In turn, the pelvic position should be neutral. First, take a deep breath in and tighten the abdominal muscles, then lift one knee slowly (it must be pointed towards the chest). At the highest point, stop for a fraction of a second and exhale. You can then slowly begin to return to the starting position. This exercise can also be repeated on the other side of the body.
