Alfa One exercise bands

Exercises with your own body weight (calisthenics) performed using specially designed bands are an essential element of training for both professional and amateur athletes. Exercise bands should be found in every gym or training studio – however, the choice of the model of bands that will hang in training rooms should be dictated primarily by the safety of users. Each part of the training bands was designed in Poland. The material of the carabiner is aircraft aluminum. The force needed to break it is equivalent to the weight of 1200 kg.
